Tour Amendments:
Advance Notice: Annex India Tour cannot accommodate last-minute changes to excursions. Any changes to tour dates must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. While we will do our best to accommodate such requests, modifications are subject to management's discretion and availability.
Delays:
In the event of a delay (up to 15-20 minutes) caused by traffic or other unavoidable circumstances, the tour coordinator or driver will notify the guest in advance.
If a delay occurs at the guest’s end, the tour schedule will remain the same. Some sightseeing spots or activities may need to be reduced to compensate for lost time.
Even if booked on a private basis, vehicles will only be available for the duration specified in the itinerary.
Tour Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel any part or whole of a tour due to government directives, weather conditions, or force majeure events. In such cases, an alternative date will be provided.
Tips & Gratuities: Tips for guides and drivers are not included in the tour cost and are at the discretion of the guest.
Unused Services: Partially or fully unused services outlined in the itinerary are non-refundable.
Credit Note: In case of cancellations due to travel restrictions or lockdowns, a credit note valid for three months will be issued (tariffs may vary depending on hotel pricing).
Flight Cancellations: No refunds will be given in the event of a no-show caused by flight cancellations due to technical or weather-related issues.
Accommodation:
Room Allocation: Rooms are allocated by the hotel based on availability at check-in, in the category specified in your confirmation voucher.
Service Satisfaction: No refunds will be provided if hotel services or amenities do not meet the guest’s expectations.
Hotel Changes: Accommodation will be arranged at the specified hotels (as mentioned in the quotation) or similar properties.
Additional Charges:
Extra charges may apply if the vehicle needs to take a diverted route due to road closures, blockades, or political disturbances.
Special Requests:
Requests for dietary requirements, room preferences, etc., should be made at the time of booking. While we strive to accommodate these, fulfillment cannot be guaranteed.
Payment Policy:
A 30% advance payment of the total tour cost is required to confirm the booking. The remaining 70% must be paid one week before the tour's commencement to finalize all arrangements.
For last-minute bookings made less than 7 days before departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.
A confirmation voucher will be issued within 3 working days after receipt of the 30% advance payment.
Tour Cancellation :
Any cancellation must be communicated in writing. The cancellation charges will apply based on when the notice is received, as follows:
30+ Days Before Departure: 10% of the total tour cost.
15-29 Days Before Departure: 25% of the total tour cost.
7-14 Days Before Departure: 50% of the total tour cost.
Less than 6 Days Before Departure: 100% of the total tour cost.
Cancellation Due to External Factors:
In case of cancellation due to natural calamities, riots, political unrest, or other unforeseen circumstances, no refund will be provided.
Credit Note: For cancellations due to travel restrictions, a credit note with a 3-month validity will be provided (subject to price adjustments).
Refund Calculation: The day of tour commencement is excluded when determining cancellation timeframes for refunds.
On-Trip Concerns:
Any issues or concerns during the trip should be promptly communicated to your Tour Coordinator or driver, allowing us to address them immediately.
Post-Trip Complaints:
If the issue remains unresolved during the trip, a formal complaint can be submitted in writing to Neha@annexindiatour.in within 7 days of the trip's conclusion. We will respond within 14 working days.
Legal Jurisdiction: Any legal disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi.
Annex India Tour reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated via our website or directly to clients with active bookings.
